INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of goods and services ("Products") by Sourcing Forward, LLC ("Seller") to the buyer ("Buyer"). By placing an order, Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

DEFINITIONS

"Seller" refers to Sourcing Forward, LLC.

"Buyer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing the Products.

"Products" refer to the goods and services offered for sale by the Seller.

SALE OF GOODS

Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to purchase, the Products described in the Quote and Invoice(s). The Quote and Invoice(s) shall specify the Part#/Item#, description, quantity, and price of the Products.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for the Products is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include [Visa, Mastercard, wire transfer, ACH, escrow or approved net terms].

SHIPMENT

Seller will ship the Products to the delivery address of the business location specified by Buyer (no personal residential addresses). Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. For further details please consult with the shipping carrier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Buyer may return Products within the specified warranty period stated within the Quote or Invoice for a refund, credit or exchange, provided the Products are in their original condition or unless products are NCNR (non-cancelable, non-returnable). Custom or special-order items are NCNR (non-cancelable, non-returnable).

WARRANTY

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications or products that are NCNR (non-cancelable, non-returnable). 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Seller's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the Products. Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or damages arising from geopolitical events or loss, damage, or inconvenience or otherwise arising as a result of your use of or reliance on the information provided in this website. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information.   

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules within the state of Florida, USA.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Brevard County Florida, USA]. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Brevard County, Florida, USA.

AMENDMENTS

Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice.
